During the examination, adverse events may occur, including unwillingness of the subject to cooperate, a sudden system failure making it impossible to continue the examination, or a sudden symptom of the subject requiring first aid and interruption of the examination. These events may result in drop-out of the patient and consequently longer clinical trial time. During the examination, the image quality may fail to reach diagnosis requirements due to reasons of the subject such as image quality degradation caused by excessive respiratory exercise artifact, movement artifact, or metal artifact. Such factors will impact image quality score and ultimately conclusions about mass visibility.

Granules are preparations consisting of solid, dry aggregates of powder particles sufficiently resistant to withstand handling. They are intended for oral administration. Some are swallowed as such, some are chewed and some are dissolved or dispersed in water or another suitable liquid before being  administered. Granules contain one or more active substances with or without excipients and, if necessary, colouring matter authorised by the competent authority and flavouring substances. Granules are presented as single-dose or multidose preparations. Each dose of a multidose preparation is administered by means of a device suitable for measuring the quantity prescribed. For single—dose granules, each dose is enclosed in an individual container, for example a sachet or a vial.
